LogStar Park Fehérvár kicks off 2026 with BTS development
Biggeorge Property is implementing an 8,500 sqm built-to-suit industrial and logistics development in LogStar Park Fehérvár. The industrial park will house the production hall, logistics warehouse and corporate offices of an international company from Q3 2026.
The developer is building premium industrial parks under the LogStar by Biggeorge brand in built-to-suit and speculative scenarios in the western and eastern agglomerations of Budapest, as well as in Tata, Győr and Székesfehérvár/Szabadbattyán. Leasable logistics facilities of the LogStar by Biggeorge portfolio include completed in-house commercial development projects such as the popular LogStar Park Városkapu and LogStar Park West Gate industrial parks. LogStar Park Fehérvár – starting 2026 with its first hall development – had its comprehensive infrastructural preparations completed by the end of 2025, thus guaranteeing a premium logistics product for its customers looking for either hall rentals or land purchases.
The new tenant – a parent company active in Székesfehérvár for three decades, employing more than 300 people and planning a dynamic expansion – was looking for a site with an ideal location, easy accessibility, and outstanding infrastructural environment for its research, development, and manufacturing activities: a place that enables them to quickly respond to constantly changing market demands.
Rita Lippai, Development Director at Biggeorge Property, commented on the transaction: ‘We are delighted to welcome LogStar Park Fehérvár's new tenant to our 100-hectare industrial development in Szabadbattyán, where we are developing a built-to-suit facility optimized for the company's manufacturing and storage needs, offering high-quality architectural and technical solutions for all of their specifications. We started construction on the development site in early 2026, and recently completed the foundation works. The next important milestones are the project completion and the ceremonial handover of tenant premises, both planned for Q3 2026.’
Biggeorge Property also completed a land sale transaction at LogStar Park Fehérvár in 2025, meaning that a Hungarian company's own development project will also begin soon in Szabadbattyán. The property developer is currently offering large plots of land (with utilities) for sale at LogStar Park Fehérvár, and awaiting additional tenants to the industrial park.
